Accountability
- Lead the design and delivery of telecom transmission and network systems, including SDH, DWDM, OTN, and fiber optic networks.
- Develop engineering solutions across all project phases from concept to commissioning.
- Prepare key technical deliverables such as specifications, system architecture, calculations, and BoM.
- Design and integrate telecom systems including telephony (VoIP/PABX), SCADA, and LAN/WAN networks.
- Support telecom infrastructure for pipelines, industrial facilities, and monitoring systems.
- Provide technical leadership during project execution, including installation and commissioning support.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with client standards (e.g., Saudi Aramco) and international telecom standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Communications, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 14-16 years of experience in telecommunications engineering, with focus on transmission systems.
- Strong expertise in SDH, DWDM, OTN, fiber optics, and telecom network design.
- Experience in oil & gas or industrial communication projects is essential (Aramco preferred).
- Knowledge of SCADA, LAN/WAN, VoIP, and unified communication systems.
- Familiarity with telecom design tools (e.g., Visio, MicroStation).
- Relevant certifications and professional registration are an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
