Summary
We are seeking an experienced Principal E-commerce to lead and optimize our e-commerce operations while ensuring seamless integration with supply chain processes and ERP systems. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, analyze business performance, drive continuous improvements, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence and business growth.
Description
- Lead and oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations to ensure efficiency and business continuity.
- Manage and develop a team of 3 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, and other business functions to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor e-commerce performance and prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights for management.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure effective utilization and continuous improvement of ERP systems supporting e-commerce operations.
- Develop and implement operational processes, controls, and best practices.
- Monitor KPIs and recommend initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and system enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing e-commerce operations and supply chain processes.
- Strong technical understanding of ERP systems and their integration with e-commerce operations.
- Experience in creating reports, consolidating data from multiple sources, and presenting business insights.
- Strong analytical, data organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, ERP Systems, or related fields are preferred.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
