Responsibilities
- Support the PMO in coordinating project activities, schedules, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, milestones, risks, and action items across multiple projects.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Maintain project documentation, registers, and PMO records.
- Coordinate meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on assigned actions.
- Ensure compliance with PMO processes, governance, and reporting requirements.
- Support resource planning, project controls, and performance tracking activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related discipline.
- Experience in project coordination, PMO, or project administration is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems is an advantage.
