Responsibilities

• Support the PMO in coordinating project activities, schedules, and deliverables.
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, and action items across multiple projects.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Maintain project documentation, registers, and PMO records.
• Coordinate meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on assigned actions.
• Ensure compliance with PMO processes, governance, and reporting requirements.
• Support resource planning, project controls, and performance tracking activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Experience in project coordination, PMO, or project administration is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems is an advantage.
