Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a PMO Executive Manager to plan the allocation of resources and time to projects and to monitor and minimize their consumption. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional project management operations, ensuring cost, time, and resource targets are met across the organization’s portfolio of projects and contracts.
What You’ll Do:
- Direct the production of detailed project/contract execution plans with regards to cost, time, and resource allocation.
- Review designs and execution operating procedures to identify potential to minimize cost, needed time, and consumption of resources.
- Ensure that execution plans are developed, recorded, and regularly updated in the Company’s ERP.
- Track and account in detail project costs and consumption of resources against the budget through the Company’s ERP system.
- Monitor progress and trends to identify potential deviations before they get out of hand.
- Provide input and experience in supply chain activities, when needed.
- Implement, perform, and continuously improve Company’s and Group’s policies, procedures, systems (e.g. ISO), and other relevant standards.
- Provide timely and accurate information about the cost and cost impact of progress of the projects and contracts to the COO.
- Support budgeting activities and incorporate requirements of Finance and Controlling into planning processes.
- Report regularly and accurately to the COO and other stakeholders on the financial and operational progress and status of the projects/contracts.
- Perform other tasks and/or deliver results as assigned/requested by the COO from time to time.
What You’ll Need:
Functional & Knowledge Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of business lines projects/contracts (phases, execution sequences, rules and procedures).
- Advanced knowledge of project finances.
- Advanced knowledge of project planning methodologies and tools.
- Advanced analytical skills, quantitative and qualitative.
- Knowledge of international and local standards in relevant fields.
- Advanced preparation and delivery of reports. Microsoft Office (Advanced).
Managerial Skills:
- Ability to work on more than one task.
