Pharmacy Manager

Saudi German Health is looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team in Asir branch. We are seeking a qualified professional with strong leadership skills, hospital pharmacy experience, and a commitment to patient safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations across Inpatient (IP) and Outpatient (OP) services.
• Manage pharmacy budgets, cost optimization, inventory control, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with CBAHI and JCI accreditation standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the pharmacy team to ensure operational excellence.
• Monitor pharmacy performance, KPIs, medication safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure efficient pharmaceutical services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (PharmD or postgraduate qualification is an advantage).
• Minimum 8 years of pharmacy experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience managing both IP and OP pharmacy operations within a hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of CBAHI and JCI standards.
• Demonstrated experience in pharmacy budgeting, inventory management, and daily operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
