Performance Analyst

The opening
More of Namaa Partners' performance improvement work now comes from companies in Saudi Arabia, so we are adding a Performance Analyst in the Kingdom. You will set up and track the measures our clients use to run their businesses: you define KPIs with client teams, gather the monthly figures and report where results differ from plan and why. It is a full-time remote role, worked from home anywhere in Saudi Arabia. Our principals sit in Oklahoma City, eight to nine hours behind Riyadh, so a few meetings each week start late in your afternoon.

What the work looks like

1. Agree KPIs, targets and the source of each figure with client teams
2. Gather monthly results from business units and compare them with plan and the prior year
3. Prepare performance reports and dashboards for management meetings
4. Look into the largest variances with the people responsible and write down the causes
5. Track the actions agreed in performance reviews and report their progress

Essentials

• Bachelor's in business, economics, finance, engineering or a related field
• Excel, including pivot tables and charts
• PowerPoint: you can turn a table of results into a clear slide
• Some experience in reporting, planning or analysis, including internships

A plus

• Power BI or Tableau
• Experience in a strategy office, PMO or performance management team
