People & Culture Generalist
Position Purpose
At BOUNCE, we’re all about high energy, growth, and delivering a world-class team experience, the P&C Assistant plays a pivotal role in keeping our People & Culture engine running smoothly.
This role exists to ensure precision, speed, and compliance in P&C, supporting the full employee lifecycle, driving accurate payroll inputs, organizing critical P&C processes, and helping the P&C team stay on top of what matters. This is not just an admin job, It’s the heartbeat of operational excellence in the P&C function.
Key Responsibilities & Outputs

· Monitor and reinforce culture through disciplined, timely follow‑up
Legal Compliance & Employment Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day employment law guidance and People & Culture compliance matters.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and ensure all employment practices remain compliant.
- Support managers with disciplinary processes including investigations, verbal warnings, written warnings, performance improvement plans and terminations.
- Prepare compliant employment documentation including contracts, amendments, disciplinary letters and termination notices.
- Identify and escalate legal and compliance risks before they become issues.
- Ensure all employee records and employment actions are fully documented and audit-ready.
- Support internal investigations while maintaining confidentiality, fairness and procedural compliance.
People Operations & Employee Lifecycle
· Maintain accurate employee records across systems
· Manage recruitment admin, offers, onboarding, probation, renewals, exits and EOSB
· Prepare employment letters and official documentation within SLAs
· Handle People & Culture queries with discretion
· Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor law
Government Relations, Saudization & Compliance
- Manage employee records and transactions across Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher and MHRSD platforms.
- Monitor Saudization targets and support workforce nationalisation initiatives.
- Coordinate work permits, Iqamas, transfers, profession changes and government registrations.
- Ensure all government deadlines, renewals and submissions are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements relating to employment and workforce administration.
- Build strong working relationships with government agencies and external PRO partners.
- Proactively identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions.
Payroll & Attendance Support
· Prepare accurate monthly payroll inputs
· Manage attendance, leave, overtime and payroll validations
· Ensure correct GOSI, allowances, deductions and EOSB
· Maintain audit-ready records
Executive & Admin Support
· Deliver organised admin support to P&C and leaders (travel, visas, hotels, medical insurance) and coordinate with the PRO Agency to ensure documents validtiy; keep the policy library current and compliant.
· Track and report P&C metrics; safeguard data, provide ad‑hoc analysis, champion continuous process & system improvements, and role‑model disciplined time management.
· Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive HR data and contribute to ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
