  • Provide support in managing employee records and HR information systems.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks including recruitment support and documentation management.
  • Help coordinate onboarding, training, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Contribute to the administration of performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support organizational development projects and cultural activities.
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture team to implement HR best practices and foster a positive workplace environment.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for human resources and organizational culture.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
