Job Description

A parts advisor helps customers choose the right vehicle parts and keeps control of stock for customer needs and workshop use.

Strategic

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Arranging Parts for Customer Vehicles of Repair Order and Retail customers.
  • Preparing Stock order based on Parts Movement.
  • Prepare Daily, Weekly and monthly Report.

Operational

  • Maintaining an accurate inventory, ordering parts for Workshop and Retail customers, billing parts onto repair orders, and reconciling inventory on a monthly basis.
  • Implementation of 5'S.

People Management

  • Customer Satisfaction.

Product/Process Improvement

  • Implementing the systems and Procedures as per company policy.

Qualifications

Education & Certifications:

  • Diploma/Graduates.

Knowledge & Skill

  • Skilled in Professional and Personal Competence.
  • Good communication skills in English, Arabic, Tamil, Malayalam & Hindi.

Experience

  • 5 to 10 Years Experience in Auto Industry.
