Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part Time English Teacher to support Trainees in developing strong reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. This role offers flexible scheduling, a positive learning environment, and opportunities to contribute to trainees' success through engaging and interactive lessons.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part Time English Teacher to support Trainees in developing strong reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. This role offers flexible scheduling, a positive learning environment, and opportunities to contribute to trainees' success through engaging and interactive lessons.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, trainee-centered English lessons to diverse learners in a part-time capacity
- Plan and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals and standards
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to trainee's
- Adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and language proficiency levels
- Manage classroom expectations and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers, coordinators, and support staff to enhance student outcomes
- Maintain accurate attendance records and participate in regular meetings and professional development
- 3-5 years of experience in teaching
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Teaching certification or credential (as applicable by location)
- Proficiency in English instruction and classroom management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a part-time, flexible schedule
- Experience teaching English as a second language or with multilingual learners
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and online teaching tools
- Creative and adaptive instructional approach
- Experience in assessment design and data-driven instruction
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Classroom management and student engagement
- Lesson planning and curriculum alignment
- Differentiated instruction and inclusive teaching practices
- Assessment, feedback, and progress monitoring
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Technology proficiency for teaching and learning platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Teaching certification or credential (as required by location)
- Any additional language or ESL certification is a plus
