Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive organizational development strategies that support company goals and enhance employee engagement.
- Assess organizational needs through data analysis, surveys, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Design and facilitate training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives to build employee capabilities.
- Partner with HR and senior leadership to drive talent management, succession planning, and performance development processes.
- Lead change management initiatives to support transitions and foster adaptability within the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and adjust strategies accordingly for continuous improvement.
- Promote a positive organizational culture by developing initiatives that enhance communication, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of organizational psychology, change management, and adult learning principles.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training and development programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated experience with data-driven decision making and qualitative/quantitative analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
