Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with expertise in both Cloud and EBS to join our team in KSA. As an Oracle HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS applications. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS applications
• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
• Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS applications to meet client requirements
• Conduct system analysis, design, and development to support new and existing business processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS applications
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS releases and updates
• Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS applications
• Participate in project planning, scoping, and estimation activities
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS applications
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS implementations, upgrades, and support
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS integration with other systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to travel to client sites in KSA as needed
