Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machinery according to instructions.
- Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments.
- Inspect products for quality and report defects.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Record production data and report issues.
- Follow safety and operational procedures.
- Vocational training (or equivalent experience) with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
- Familiarity with production tools and equipment is a plus.
