An exciting opportunity is available for Officer, Warehousing & Stores, based in Riyadh.

Summary:

Carries out a range of warehouse and store activities to ensure the smooth flow and availability of goods into and out of the business.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Provide support and guidance to more junior colleagues.
• Deals with inbound/outbound operations, processing information, and documentation as required.
• Interact with internal/external contacts to manage information on customer orders, supplier shipments, and product availability.
• Coordinate the ordering, distribution, and tracking of inventory.
• Provide assistance on matters related to finished products packaging materials planning and management.
• Coordinate sales/maintenance/production order entry into systems and maintains vendor/supplier/customer records.
• Schedule inbound/outbound logistics in terms of establishing arrival terms.
• Prepare daily receiving/deliveries and shipping schedules.
  
  

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• Diploma Degree.
• Minimum of 1-year experience with a Diploma degree in the same field.
  
  

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Inventory Management.
• Warehouse Management.
• Warehouse Mobile Equipment Handling.
• Materials Handling and Management.
• Operational Safety.
• Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
