The Non-Executive Director is a senior leadership role that requires a strategic visionary with a robust understanding of business dynamics, governance, and risk management. Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years of senior-level experience in a corporate governance role or a similar capacity.
- Proven track record of strategic leadership and execution in complex organizational settings.
- Deep understanding of financial management, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks relevant to the industry.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and the ability to cultivate relationships with diverse groups, including investors, executives, and community leaders.
- Strong governance knowledge, including familiarity with corporate law and regulatory requirements specific to the industry.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial statements and operational reports effectively.
- Expertise in shaping organizational policy and strategy aligned with ethical standards and corporate social responsibility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in board meetings, providing independent oversight and strategic direction to guide the organization’s vision and mission.
- Contribute to the development and approval of the strategic plan, ensuring alignment with shareholder interests and long-term growth objectives.
- Evaluate the performance of the executive management team, including CEO, while providing constructive feedback and mentorship.
- Review and approve significant operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and ethical governance.

- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and risk assessment.
