Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled NOC Engineer to monitor, maintain, and support our IT and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure high system availability, quickly resolve incidents, and support continuous improvement of infrastructure performance and stability.

We are looking for a skilled NOC Engineer to monitor, maintain, and support our IT and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure high system availability, quickly resolve incidents, and support continuous improvement of infrastructure performance and stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network and IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, server, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Manage and support Microsoft infrastructure including Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
- Configure, maintain, and support network devices and security tools.
- Perform incident handling, root cause analysis, and escalation where required.
- Maintain accurate documentation for systems, configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, enhancements, and IT projects.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to improve overall system reliability and security.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in NOC, network support, or IT infrastructure roles.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server environment and core services (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS).
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs).
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools.
- Strong system administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic is required.
