Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Bid Writer to support the development of high-quality, compelling, and client-focused bid submissions within our Facilities Management business. The role will be responsible for producing persuasive proposal content, coordinating with subject matter experts, and ensuring all submissions are compliant, accurate, and aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and proofread content for prequalification questionnaires (PQQs), tenders, proposals, and presentations.
• Translate technical and operational information into clear, compelling, and customer-focused responses.
• Ensure all bid submissions are compliant with client requirements, tender instructions, and company standards.
• Maintain a library of bid content, case studies, CVs, and supporting documentation.
• Review tender documents and identify response requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, formatting, branding, and overall presentation of bid documents.
• Support the continuous improvement of bid templates, content, and writing methodologies.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, English, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in bid writing, proposal writing, tender management, or a similar role.
• Experience within the Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction, or Technical Services industry is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
