Job Description
البحث عن مسؤول تأجير محترف ومحرك مبيعات استباقي، يتولى مسؤولية تسويق وتأجير العقارات التجارية الكبرى للشركة. الوظيفة لا تقتصر على استقبال المكالمات الإعلانية، بل ترتكز على التسويق الاستباقي، وبناء العلاقات مع كبار التجار والشركات، وإغلاق صفقات التأجير الكبرى.
Responsibilities
- إلمام كامل بقوانين التأجير المحلية واللوائح المنظمة للعلاقة بين المالك والمستأجر
- مهارات إقناع بيعية: القدرة على إبراز نقاط القوة في العقار وإغلاق الصفقات
- استخدام CRM والبرامج الإحصائية لتحليل السوق.
Requirements
- درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق، إدارة الأعمال، أو أي تخصص ذو علاقة.
- • لا تقل عن 5 إلى 8 سنوات في مجال التأجير التجاري (Commercial Leasing) أو تطوير الأعمال العقارية.
- خبرة مثبتة في التعامل مع المراكز التجارية الكبرى ، الأبراج الإدارية، أو والسكنية الفاخرة.
Required Skills
إجادة استخدام أنظمة إدارة العقارات والتعامل الاحترافي مع تطبيقات المراسلة والبريد الإلكتروني.
لباقة في التواصل: القدرة على بناء علاقات مهنية جيدة مع مختلف فئات المستأجرين.
دورات متقدمة في إدارة العقارات التجارية (Commercial Property Management)
