Job Description
تحقيق أقصى نسبة إشغال ممكنة للمحفظة العقارية (سكنية، تجارية، أو إدارية) من خلال استقطاب وتحديد المستأجرين المحتملين، وإتمام عمليات التعاقد والـتأجير وفق السياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة في الشركة، مع ضمان اختيار مستأجرين ذوي ملاءة مالية جيدة وسجل ائتماني سليم لتقليل مخاطر التعثر المالي مستقبلاً وبناء علاقات مستدامة مع العمل.
Responsibilities
- البحث عن مستأجرين محتملين وتسويق العقارات المتاحة للتأجير
- إدارة عملية التأجير وتنفيذ عقود الإيجار
Requirements
- درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق، إدارة الأعمال، أو أي تخصص ذو علاقة.
- خبرة عملية تتراوح من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال العقارات، التأجير، أو مبيعات القطاع العقاري.
- إلمام كامل ومعرفة وافية بقوانين التأجير المحلية واللوائح التنظيمية والتشريعات المنظمة للعلاقة بين المالك والمستأجر (مثل أنظمة منصة إيجار).
Required Skills
لباقة واحترافية في التواصل مع مختلف فئات المستأجرين والعملاء
معرفة ممتازة بنظام التشغيل Windows وحزمة Microsoft Office، ولا سيما Excel وWord.
