الهدف الوظيفي


إجراء عمليات التفتيش الميداني والتأكد من التزام المنشآت باللوائح والاشتراطات من خلال الزيارات المجدولة وغير المجدولة، والمشاركة بالحملات التفتي


المهام والمسؤوليات

  • استكمال الزيارات المجدولة حسب الخطة المرسلة عن طريق نظام إلكتروني أو من خلال مدير الفرع بشكل مباشر.
  • رفع تقارير الزيارات بصفة دورية من خلال النظام الإلكتروني.
  • تطبيق الامتثال الكامل والالتزام باللوائح والاشتراطات المعتمدة لدى الجهة التشريعية.
  • تطبيق آليات إجراء العقوبات وفق نماذج العمل التشغيلية.
  • تحديث بيانات المنشآت ورفع التحديات والمشكلات التي قد تطرأ خلال الزيارات الميدانية.
  • الرفع للوحدات المعنية في حالات (إغلاق المنشآت/مصادرة المواد المخالفة) وذلك حسب الإجراءات المتبعة.
  • المشاركة في الحملات التفتيشية.


المؤهل

  • درجة دبلوم أو بكالوريوس.
  • تخصص سلامة الأغذية أو حماية البيئة أو تخصصات ذات العلاقة.


الكفاءات المطلوبة

  • الإلمام والمعرفة التامة باللوائح والاشتراطات البلدية.
  • خبرة في الرقابة الميدانية، وخاصة في مجال الرقابة والتفتيش على المنشآت.
  • مهارات التواصل الفعال مع الجمهور.
  • مهارات الحاسب الآلي والتعامل مع الأجهزة الذكية.
  • الالتزام بالقيم والأخلاقيات والسلوكيات المهنية.
