المهام والمسؤوليات:
· المشاركة في إعداد وتنفيذ الخطة التنفيذية للمكاتب التعريفية.
· الإشراف والمتابعة على الموظفين وسير العمل في المكاتب التعريفية.
· المساندة في تنفيذ الفعاليات في المكاتب التعريفية.
· الاشراف على المهام اليومية والعهد المستلمة في المكاتب التعريفية.
· ضمان جودة الأدوات المساعدة في انجاز اعمال الموظفين في المكاتب التعريفية.
· إعداد التقارير ومتابعة الأداء.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
· بكالوريوس (إدارة، تسويق، علاقات عامة أو ما يعادلها)
· خبرة (3–5) سنوات في الإشراف الميداني وإدارة المكاتب.
· خبرة جيدة في مهارات التواصل والعمل بروح الفريق.
· يُفضل خبرة في القطاع غير الربحي
