تعلن الشركة عن توفر شاغر وظيفي بمسمى مهندس مدني، يتولى مسؤولية تخطيط ومتابعة والإشراف على تنفيذ المشاريع والأعمال الإنشائية في الموقع، والتأكد من مطابقة الأعمال للمخططات والمواصفات الفنية المعتمدة، والالتزام بالجداول الزمنية المحددة ومعايير الجودة والسلامة، بما يضمن تنفيذ المشاريع وفقاً للمتطلبات الهندسية المعتمدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على تنفيذ الأعمال الإنشائية ومتابعة سير العمل في الموقع.
- مراجعة المخططات والرسومات الهندسية والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات الفنية.
- متابعة تقدم الأعمال والتأكد من الالتزام بالجدول الزمني وخطة التنفيذ.
- مراقبة جودة الأعمال المنفذة والتأكد من مطابقتها للمعايير الهندسية المعتمدة.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والفرق الفنية لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال بكفاءة.
- متابعة استخدام المواد الإنشائية والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات المعتمدة.
- التأكد من الالتزام باشتراطات السلامة المهنية ومتطلبات الجودة في الموقع.
- إعداد التقارير الفنية الدورية وتوثيق تقدم الأعمال والملاحظات الميدانية.
- متابعة الملاحظات الفنية والعمل على معالجتها بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية.
Requirements
الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية شرط أساسي.
القدرة على قراءة وفهم المخططات والرسومات الهندسية.
الإلمام بأعمال التنفيذ والإشراف على المشاريع الإنشائية.
مهارات جيدة في التنسيق وإدارة الوقت وحل المشكلات الفنية.
الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة المهنية والأنظمة المعمول بها.
تفاصيل الوظيفة وشروط العمل:
الراتب الإجمالي الشهري: 8,500 ريال سعودي، غير قابل للتفاوض.- أيام العمل: 5 أيام أسبوعياً.
- الإجازة الأسبوعية: يومان أسبوعياً.
- الإجازة السنوية : 21 يوم عمل.
- ساعات العمل: 8 ساعات يومياً، من الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى الساعة 4:00 مساءً.
- جهة التعاقد: يتم التعاقد مع المرشح من خلال شركة مشغّلة.
