· خبرة في إدارة خدمات تقنية المعلومات (IT Service Management)

· خبرة في تحليل المتطلبات والتعامل مع أصحاب المصلحة

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

· بكالوريوس في نظم المعلومات، علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات أو ما يعادلها

المهام والمسؤوليات:

· المشاركة في تحسين تجربة ورضا المستفيدين عن الخدمات التقنية

· تحليل احتياجات الإدارات وتحويلها إلى متطلبات تقنية واضحة

· تحسين ومواءمة خدمات تقنية المعلومات مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية

· المشاركة في إعداد وتطوير السياسات والإجراءات والأدلة التشغيلية

· المشاركة في الحوكمة التقنية وإدارة المخاطر والامتثال

· دعم اختبارات الأنظمة (UAT) والتنسيق مع فرق العمل

· إعداد وتحديث دليل الخدمات التقنية (Service Catalog)
