Job Description
Fill up the weekly report and forward copies to the Field Sales Manager, Sales Team Leaders and Market Manager.
Fill up the weekly report and forward copies to the Field Sales Manager, Sales Team Leaders and Market Manager.
- Follow up on the action plans generated from the weekly report.
- Prepare & update regularly through sales Team Leaders, routing & call cycles of his merchandisers.
- Coordinate with Product specialists all in-door programs and participate in identifying best floor displays, gondolas and shelf blocks.
- Weekly Field training to all merchandising team and monitoring.
- Participate in preparing the shelf spaces in the yearly contract.
- Prepare Time sheets & monthly incentive for all his employees.
- Collect and share the competitor activity report.
