Key Responsibilities

Merchandising & Execution

• Ensure product availability through effective stock replenishment and FIFO rotation.
• Maintain shelves, displays, coolers, pricing, and POSM according to company standards.
• Maximize product visibility and shelf share across assigned outlets.

Sales & Field Execution

• Execute all merchandising and promotional programs within the assigned route.
• Support sales growth by maintaining excellent in-store execution and outlet coverage.

Operations & Reporting

• Monitor stock levels, minimize out-of-stock and expiry issues.
• Maintain accurate route records and report market observations.

Customer Engagement

• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure effective execution in the market.

Requirements

• High School Certificate (Diploma preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in the Beverage, FMCG, or related industry.
• Arabic & English communication skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to lift 10–15 kg and work in a field environment.
