What you’ll do…

You'll Manage Meetings And Events From Enquiry To Handover, Making Sure Every Detail Is Covered And Every Guest Has a Great Experience, By

  • Handle enquiries, create proposals and convert bookings.
  • Plan events and ensure a smooth handover to our operations team.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
  • Conduct site visits and show rounds.
  • Keep Opera Cloud up to date and prepare weekly function sheets.
  • Work closely with other departments to deliver seamless events.
  • Spot opportunities to upsell and support the wider sales team when needed.
