- Regular visits to physicians in the Governemental Hospitals sector in the objective to create demand for the brand through product detailing using the prescribed USP’s and the professional selling technique
- Visit the right physician specialty mix including but not limited to dermatologists, pediatricians and GP’s
- Achieve good coverage for the territory that includes good time management for covering Eastern Region Hospitals as well as the scattered interiors proportionate to the area potentiality.
- Assist in conducting launch events with Key customers.
- Conduct the agreed-on DGM’s and PGM’s.
- Careful selection of customers to offer ethical support as conferences and other sponsorships that helps Ego customers in their professional practices with sensible ROI.
- Ensure the double classification and segmentation of person and business accounts are updated upfront and conduct biannual updates.
- Send daily call reports through the Salesforce platform, demonstrating the details and the comment of the visits.
- Follow Salesforce guidelines that reflect the efficiency of the territory management.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and regular rehearsals and roleplaying.
- Send the needed sales analysis reports in a timely manner.
- Quarterly area sales analysis presentation demonstrating the sales outcomes from the different outlets and the growth.
- Attend at the arranged schedule for the office.
- Efficient and rational use of the company tools, samples, premiums
