Medical Sales Representative

A leading Medical Equipment Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to join its growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and developing strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience and a strong background in microbiological testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, laboratory managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Effectively present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and applications of our medical devices and pharmaceutical products, focusing on areas like bacterial testing, microbiological testing, QC labs, endotoxin testing, and sterility testing.
• Provide comprehensive product training and ongoing support to customers to ensure optimal utilization and customer satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive product adoption.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecast sales, and report on sales activities and performance metrics accurately and in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science.
• Demonstrated expertise in selling to QC labs and a strong understanding of microbiological, bacterial, endotoxin, and sterility testing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
