MECCA Sorrento - Store Operations Specialist

We are looking for a passionate Operations Specialist to join our MECCA Sorrento store in VIC on a part-time basis at 25.5 hours per week.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard
• Support management team in the delivery of MECCA’s customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus
• Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes
• Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities
  
  

What success looks like in this role:

• Maintain effective store operation practices that support the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of brand and product offering
• Uphold and encourage a good health and safety culture
