We are looking for a fulltime Assistant Clinic Manager (ACM) to support the Clinic Manager in driving the overall performance and operational efficiency of the clinic, as well as continuing to build an excellent culture in a team of highly skilled dermal therapists.

We are looking for a fulltime Assistant Clinic Manager (ACM) to support the Clinic Manager in driving the overall performance and operational efficiency of the clinic, as well as continuing to build an excellent culture in a team of highly skilled dermal therapists.
Key responsibilities include:
- Motivate, coach, and support the team to provide an ‘only-at-MECCA’ customer experience
- Take the lead on key operational and administrative tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Support roster optimisation to drive productivity, client conversion/rebooking and sales targets
- Managing adverse events and assist the team in resolving clients’ concerns/complaints
- Play a critical role in fostering good health and safety culture through leading by example and making safety a priority
- Consult with customers to provide recommendations for their personal skincare needs and expert advice on skin health
- Use medical grade equipment to provide hands-on treatments to clients for services including microdermabrasion, advanced peels, and LED
- Support the Clinic Manager with onboarding new team members
- Is a dermal therapist with a minimum of 12 months experience in a fast-paced retail or clinic environment (mandatory)
- Has at least 12 months of management experience in a clinic environment
- Has a Diploma of Dermal Therapy, Beauty Therapy or a Bachelor of Dermal Science / Health Science (preferred)
- Have experience in training and developing staff with hands on treatment training and theory
- Is confident in communicating with peers, managers, key stakeholders, and clients
- Is passionate about create an excellent customer experience through building strong relationships
- Is well presented, confident and organised with excellent time management skills
