المهام والمسؤوليات:
·  إعداد وتنفيذ خطة العلاقات والشراكات بما يتوافق مع أهداف الجمعية.
·  بناء وإدارة العلاقات مع الجهات الحكومية والخاصة وغير الربحية.
·  استكشاف فرص الشراكات والإشراف على التفاوض وإعداد الاتفاقيات.
·  تمثيل الجمعية في الاجتماعات والفعاليات ذات العلاقة.
·  متابعة تنفيذ الشراكات وقياس نتائجها وإعداد التقارير.
·  الإشراف على فريق العلاقات والشراكات وتطوير أدائه.
·  إدارة قاعدة بيانات الشركاء وتحديثها بشكل دوري.
·  تعزيز الصورة المؤسسية وبناء علاقات تدعم تحقيق مستهدفات الجهة. 
المؤهلات الخبرات المطلوبة:  
-   بكالوريوس في العلاقات العامة، التسويق أو ما يعادلها. 
- خبرة (5) سنوات فأكثر في العلاقات المؤسسية أو الشراكات أو تطوير الأعمال.
- يفضل وجود خبرة إشرافية أو قيادية.
- خبرة في بناء الشراكات وإدارة التفاوض والعلاقات المؤسسية.
