Marketing Operation Specialist

NewEast Isuzu KSA is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operation Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a leading provider of Isuzu vehicles in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and quality products to our customers.

• Supplier Management:
• Communicate with print houses and suppliers to obtain quotations and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and terms as necessary.
  
• Event Coordination:
• Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of internal and external marketing events.
• Attend events on-site to oversee implementation and coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Project Support:
• Support the marketing team with various projects and assignments as directed by the Marketing Manager.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with team members, including graphic designers and digital marketers, to develop cohesive marketing materials and campaigns.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to collaborative efforts.
  
• Printing Process Oversight:
• Follow up on the printing process to ensure that all printed materials meet specifications and deadlines.
• Address any issues that arise during production and coordinate solutions.
  
• Communication:
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information as needed to support marketing efforts.
  
• Administrative Support:
• Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining marketing records, tracking budgets, and managing schedules.
• Prepare reports on project progress and supplier performance as required.
  
• Adaptability:
• Demonstrate flexibility in handling various tasks and responsibilities, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
