Job Title: Marketing Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join a well-established real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, driving lead generation, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and supporting sales growth across residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development within the Real Estate Development or Real Estate Marketing sector.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead, manage, and evaluate the performance of the marketing team, including Marketing Specialists, Content Writers, Graphic Designers, and Customer Service personnel.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources Department in recruiting, training, motivating, and developing marketing team members.
• Develop customer service strategies to enhance customer experience, improve customer satisfaction, and effectively resolve customer issues through Odoo ERP.
• Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost optimization in line with approved budgets.
• Design, launch, manage, and evaluate promotional campaigns to support business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Strengthen the company’s brand identity, increase market presence, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Manage and monitor all social media platforms, ensuring continuous growth in audience engagement and achievement of targeted KPIs.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales Department to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports for senior management.
• Oversee all marketing, advertising, promotional, and sales support activities for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing programs, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, consultants, engineers, influencers, advertising agencies, and other key stakeholders in the real estate sector.
• Conduct market research and analyze real estate market trends to identify new business and investment opportunities, presenting findings to senior management.
• Lead marketing research activities and contribute to feasibility studies for new and existing real estate projects in collaboration with Finance and Project Management teams.
• Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and industry forums.
• Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and performance analyses for management review.
• Perform any other duties assigned by direct management within the scope of the role.
