Our client is a fast-scaling, US-founded residential living brand with operations across multiple markets, expanding its footprint in Saudi Arabia.
They're hiring a Marketing Director to own local marketing strategy on the ground in Riyadh, working closely with central leadership.
The role
You'll own local budget allocation and campaign mix, and lead brand positioning and go-to-market strategy as the business scales across multiple properties. A core part of the mandate is building demand among the Saudi locals audience specifically. This is a strategic, budget-owning role — you'll coordinate with central strategy, not sit inside it, and it isn't a communications or campaign-execution seat.

- Direct, personal ownership of a marketing budget and campaign slate
- A strategic marketing background — positioning, brand architecture, go-to-market planning — rather than a communications or campaign-execution-led career
- A genuine track record building or repositioning a brand, not just executing one
- Based in Riyadh, with real market fluency and energy to match
