Marketing & Growth Manager - Arabic Speaking Required

Job Title: Marketing & Growth Manager

Department: Marketing

Reports To: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive revenue growth by achieving clear targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and marketing-driven revenue.

- Manage and optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to sale, collaborating closely with the sales team to enhance lead quality.

- Oversee advertising campaigns across various platforms (Meta, Google, Marketplace) and analyze performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.

- Lead the marketing team (Content, Ads, Design, PR) by prioritizing tasks, ensuring quality execution, and continuously developing team performance.

- Coordinate weekly with sales and customer service to improve lead quality and address reasons for deal failures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing; E-commerce experience is a plus.

- Proven track record in managing advertising campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing conversion rates.

- Strong leadership experience in team management and development.

- Solid understanding of the relationship between marketing and sales, with a performance mindset.

- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results consistently.
