Marketing Executive

To support the department’s daily operations. Duties include developing projects to meet marketing goals, create media campaigns, and promote products and events.

• Deliver the marketing activity plan in a support capacity in conjunction with the Sr. Marketing Manager
• Provide administrative and co-ordination support across a variety of marketing initiatives including raising of POs
• Maintain high standards in customer service to relevant stakeholders at all times reacting appropriately to all enquiries
• Maintain relationships with various suppliers to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements, giveaways or printed literature
• Coordinate with Graphic Designer for artwork and design elements
• Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing and advertising; maintaining research databases
• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing sales data
• Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt

• 1-3 years marketing or sales experience in F&B sector
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ability to learn the requirements of marketing or selling technical, performance-based products
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good interpersonal and networking skills
• Should be an excellent problem-solver with strong analytical abilities
• Must be self-starter who is committed to success for the long term
