As a Marketing Communications Manager, you’re not just leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for the hotel – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies: Lead branding, messaging, and multi-channel marketing plans aligned with hotel goals, adjusting tactics based on market trends and performance data
• Manage planning and operations: Oversee annual marketing budgets and coordinate resources for effective campaign deployment across traditional, digital, and social media platforms
• Support B2B and catering sales: Partner with internal department leaders to develop marketing strategies that drive business transient, group, and event revenue across key segments and distribution channels
• Lead content strategy: Drive the development of compelling content and marketing assets, including digital, print, and social media
• Oversee agency relationships: Manage external partners such as PR, creative, and digital agencies to ensure alignment with strategic marketing goals
• Report on marketing performance: Deliver strategic updates and data-driven insights for leadership, ownership, and corporate meetings
• Cultivate a high-performing team: Recruit new talent while driving team growth and engagement through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
