About The Role
As Marketing & Communications Manager – MENA, you will drive the growth of the Kings League brand across the region. Working closely with the global team, you will execute regional marketing, communications, and fan engagement initiatives that increase brand awareness, grow the community, and support the successful development of the league.

About The Role
As Marketing & Communications Manager – MENA, you will drive the growth of the Kings League brand across the region. Working closely with the global team, you will execute regional marketing, communications, and fan engagement initiatives that increase brand awareness, grow the community, and support the successful development of the league.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand
- Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy across MENA.
- Adapt global campaigns to local markets and cultural nuances.
- Identify sports, entertainment, and cultural opportunities to maximize brand visibility.
- Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and live activations.
- Execute the regional PR and communications strategy.
- Build relationships with media, creators, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Support media outreach, corporate communications, and reputation management.
- Assist with crisis communications when required.
- Develop initiatives that grow and engage the Kings League community.
- Coordinate local activations with creators, ambassadors, clubs, and partners.
- Support the promotion of competitions, events, and key launches.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and external agencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on data and insights
- 8 years of experience in marketing, communications.
- Experience in sports, entertainment, media, gaming.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, and influencer marketing.
- Experience working across MENA markets is a strong advantage.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
