About the role: The Marketing Communication Specialist is responsible for supporting brand development and marketing operations across Egypt, Morocco, and Tunisia. The role works closely with dealer partners, regional teams, PR stakeholders to ensure consistent brand communication, effective local marketing execution, and strong market visibility.

As the markets are operated through dealer partners, this role focuses heavily on dealer’s marketing team coordination, guidance, communication, and execution support to ensure alignment with regional brand and business objectives.

Reports to: Marketing & PR Director Americas & Europe & MEA

Key responsibilities:

Support and coordinate the execution of advertising, PR, and communication campaigns together with dealer partners across Egypt, Morocco, and Tunisia.

Assist dealers in implementing local marketing plans aligned with regional and European marketing strategies and brand guidelines.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealer marketing teams, media agencies, press, digital influences, and local institutions.

Support dealers in planning and executing local events, exhibitions, vehicle launches, roadshows, customer engagement activities, and sponsorship opportunities.

Coordinate marketing assets, campaign materials, POSM, and communication content to ensure brand consistency across dealer operations.

Support dealers in media relations and PR activities to strengthen brand visibility and product exposure in local markets.

Monitor media coverage, social media trends, and public sentiment, providing regular feedback and recommendations to both dealers and regional teams.

Coordinate test drive activities and media fleet arrangements for press, influences, leasing companies, and partners together with dealers.

Work closely with regional and European teams to localize and adapt marketing initiatives for North African markets.

Track and analyze marketing activities and campaign performance, providing reports and actionable insights to management.

Support dealer’s communication and alignment on regional campaigns, launches, and business priorities.

Ensure all dealer’s marketing activities comply with brand standards and communication guidelines.

Support administrative processes, approval workflows, and reporting related to marketing operations.

Required skills, qualifications and experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in Marketing, PR, Communication, or Dealer Marketing roles, preferably within automotive or dealer-operated businesses.

Experience working with dealer networks, distributors, or local market partners is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of North African markets, especially Egypt, Morocco, and Tunisia.

Experience supporting dealer-led marketing activities, local campaigns, and events.

Strong digital marketing and social media knowledge.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong organizational and project management capabilities with attention to detail.

Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Fluent in English; Arabic and/or French proficiency is highly preferred.
