Manager - Residential Marketing

In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of marketing plans for assigned residential projects, from positioning and go-to-market strategy through launch and ongoing campaigns. You will work closely with development, sales, commercial, brand and customer experience teams to bring compelling residential propositions to market.

Requirements

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for residential developments.
• Define compelling positioning, value propositions, target audiences and key messaging for assigned projects.
• Plan and manage residential launches across pre-launch, launch and post-launch phases.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, media, content, PR, events and activations.
• Partner closely with Sales and Commercial teams to align marketing activity with sales and customer acquisition objectives.
• Monitor residential market trends, customer behavior and competitor activity to identify opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
• Develop marketing collateral and customer-facing materials to support residential launches and sales activities.
• Coordinate with Residential Development, Masterplanning, District Marketing, Brand and Customer Experience teams.
• Manage creative, media and specialist agencies to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor campaign and marketing performance against agreed KPIs and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets, project timelines and key deliverables.
• Ensure all activities align with the overall residential portfolio strategy and Qiddiya brand.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Real Estate or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within residential real estate, property development, destinations or mixed-use developments.
• Demonstrated experience in residential launches, go-to-market planning and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, positioning and proposition development.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing supports residential sales.
• Excellent stakeholder, agency, and project management capabilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience within Saudi Arabia or the GCC real estate market would be an advantage.
