Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Manager - Planning to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the planning and execution of complex projects within Qiddiya’s ambitious development framework. The successful candidate will ensure that all planning efforts align with strategic goals, timelines, and quality standards to support the delivery of world-class entertainment, sports, and cultural destinations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules across various business units.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, construction, and operations to ensure integrated project planning.
  • Monitor progress against milestones, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Analyze project data to forecast potential risks and opportunities influencing planning outcomes.
  • Prepare comprehensive status reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Support contract management efforts related to planning activities and schedule adherence.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication to align expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement best practices in project planning and scheduling to optimize resource allocation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the planning department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in project planning within large-scale development projects, preferably in entertainment or mixed-use developments.
  • Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to dynamic project environments.
  • Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia or similar regional projects is advantageous.
