Manager, Performance Reporting & Insights (1131)

Job Purpose

Drive the Shared Services & Solutions Center (SS&SC) business planning and performance governance by integrating planning cycles, KPI frameworks, dashboard development, and decision-support inputs to the CSSO. The manager will also provide strategic analysis and forward-looking insights to enhance alignment, flag emerging issues, and ensure accountability across the business unit.

Job Specific Accountabilities

Planning Cycle Integration & Strategic Alignment

• Lead the consolidation and coordination of annual and multi-year business planning cycles across all SS&SC functions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
• Support the CSSO with structured decision-making inputs, including scenario planning, risk identification, and issue escalation frameworks.
  
  

Performance Management & KPI Governance

• Develop and maintain robust performance dashboards and KPI tracking systems to monitor progress against strategic objectives.
• Ensure functional alignment on targets, metrics, and data definitions across departments under SS&SC.
  
  

Insights Generation & Decision Support

• Analyze internal and external data to deliver forward-looking insights that support performance optimization and executive decision-making.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations and highlight operational gaps or emerging challenges.
  
  

Functional Coordination & Accountability Tracking

• Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure timely reporting, issue flagging, and follow-through on action items.
• Monitor adherence to agreed-upon plans and KPIs, providing regular updates to the CSSO and relevant stakeholders.
