Manager - Development

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for an accomplished and dynamic Development Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for spearheading the development initiatives of our groundbreaking projects in the entertainment and leisure sector, aimed at creating a unique destination in Saudi Arabia.

Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful planning and execution of projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will exhibit a robust understanding of the real estate development process and will be capable of delivering innovative solutions that align with Qiddiya's vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire development process for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Lead feasibility analyses, site selection, and due diligence to assess new development opportunities.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and reports, providing updates to senior management.
• Identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them throughout the development cycle.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, ensuring Qiddiya remains at the forefront of innovation in entertainment and leisure.
• Mentor and develop team members to instill best practices in project development and management.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in real estate development or project management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of development processes, financial modeling, and feasibility studies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
