Role Overview
As a Supply Chain & Engineering Consultant, you will support clients in transforming their supply chain operations and engineering functions to improve efficiency, resilience, and business performance. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze challenges, develop innovative solutions, and drive large-scale transformation initiatives across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, asset management, and engineering operations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver strategic analysis and actionable recommendations for executive clients
Structure complex problems and translate data into business insights
Support large-scale transformation programs from strategy to execution
Develop operating models, business cases, and market assessments
Contribute to C-level presentations and client workshops
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams combining strategy, technology, data, and operations
Drive innovation and identify growth opportunities within priority industries
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, transformation, or business development within leading international organizations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Structured thinking with executive presence
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, international environments
Proven capacity to manage workstreams autonomously
Curiosity for technology, AI, digital transformation, and business reinvention
