Management Consultant

We are looking for a sharp, driven Management Consultant to join our growing practice at eSense Consulting. • Lead and support consulting engagements across strategy, operations, or organizational development projects.

• Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are aligned at every stage.

• Proactively follow up with clients and internal teams to track action items, resolve blockers, and maintain project momentum.

• Design and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and dashboards that communicate insights clearly to both technical and executive audiences.

• Prepare polished PowerPoint decks and Word documents for client workshops, steering committees, and board-level briefings.

• Conduct structured research, data gathering, and analysis to support recommendations and business cases.

• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and working sessions and capturing key decisions and next steps.

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through consistent communication and professional excellence.

• Support business development activities including proposal writing and capability presentations.

• 2–3 years of consulting experience with a recognized consulting firm operating in Saudi Arabia (Big 4, strategy boutique, or regional advisory firm).

• Proven project management skills; ability to plan, execute, and close engagements on time and within scope.

• Strong follow-up discipline with a track record of keeping stakeholders informed and tasks moving forward.

• Excellent report writing skills; capable of producing structured, concise, and visually compelling documents.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and able to build executive presentations from scratch with clarity and visual impact.

• Strong command of Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, analysis, and reporting.

• Effective communicator in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field (MBA or relevant Master's is a plus).

• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com.

• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to enrich reports and dashboards.

• Knowledge of Vision 2030 initiatives and the Saudi business landscape.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without sacrificing quality.

• High attention to detail with a structured, analytical mindset.

• Strong interpersonal skills — comfortable engaging with senior clients and cross-functional teams.

• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
