Job Title: Mall Manager

Role Overview

Lead full-scale operations, financial performance, and tenant relations for a landmark shopping mall in Jeddah, focusing on operational excellence, revenue maximization, and elevated customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Own full P&L, annual budgeting, OpEx optimization, and NOI growth.
• Tenant & Lease Relations: Manage relationships with retail, F&B, and anchor tenants; ensure lease compliance, rent collection, and high occupancy.
• Operations & Facilities: Oversee MEP maintenance, housekeeping, crowd control, and HSE protocols.
• Marketing & Footfall: Partner with marketing teams to drive promotional campaigns, events, and visitor footfall.
• Visitor Experience: Maintain high service standards across amenities, common areas, and parking facilities.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to Saudi municipal, Baladiyah, Civil Defense, and local commercial regulations.
• Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional staff, department leads, and third-party contractors.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 15+ years in retail or property management, with a track record of directing large-scale malls featuring hundreds of tenants.
• Languages: Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
