Water stewardship is central to the business. Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages is the only beverage company with all bottling sites certified to the Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS) Standard. Additionally, the company has implemented around 70 water regeneration projects globally, as part of its ambition to protect and restore more water than it uses, working with local stakeholders and experts to identify shared water challenges and support solutions that build resilience and benefit communities and nature.
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for leading, governing, and improving the maintenance planning process at the site. This role is responsible for the establishment of routine and extraordinary maintenance plans for all site assets, while ensuring that maintenance activities are executed as per plan, on time, and in full. The primary objective is to maintain healthy assets, enabling safe operations, food safety, quality, compliance, and high-performance levels. Additionally, the Maintenance Planner optimizes maintenance plans, integrates Maintenance Excellence Packages for the Category, leverages Digital and ensures competitive end-to-end life cycle costs. A key responsibility includes ensuring that assets are maintained to a modern state, incorporating the latest technologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintenance Planner is the custodian of the Maintenance Planning & Scheduling routines in the given site.
Key Outputs / Deliverables
List the main results which the job must deliver in order to achieve its purpose.
Coordinate the planning to ensure third-party maintenance service providers are available, execute tasks on time, and as per specification. Additionally, coordinate with the technical store team for efficient kitting processes.
Ensures compliance with AMM standards and regulatory requirements, as well as adherence to maintenance plans.
Liaise with the Category network to share & replicate learnings.
Critical Experiences
What experiences are key to success in this job?
Experience in a maintenance area, preferably in Plant Operations & Maintenance (2-3 years)
Experience working in Asset Maintenance Management (min 2 years)
Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, reliability-centered maintenance, and asset management. Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (SAP) and other relevant software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Insight on TPM PM Pillar methodology & Governance
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a reputed College/University
