About The Role

Job Summary

Responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in the manufacturing process. This role ensures that machines run efficiently, products meet quality standards, and safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery according to instructions.
• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments.
• Inspect products for quality and report defects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Record production data and report issues.
• Follow safety and operational procedures.
  
  

Qualifications / Requirements

• Vocational training (or equivalent experience) with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
• Familiarity with production tools and equipment is a plus.
