This role targets experienced logistics specialists with a strong background in customs compliance and warehouse operations, who are adept at managing complex challenges independently. How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Manage all inbound and outbound shipment processes, coordinating with freight forwarders and transport providers.
- Oversee inventory control for materials and finished goods using SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Implement and optimize logistics workflows for material movement, storage, and distribution within the factory.
- Analyze logistics performance data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Prepare and manage all shipping and logistics documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
- Act as the primary contact for customs brokers and authorities, resolving documentation discrepancies and clearance delays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in logistics operations, focusing on customs documentation and compliance.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial factory environment is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently on complex logistics and customs challenges.
- Advanced knowledge of Saudi Arabian customs procedures and proficiency in SAP applications.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to professional effectiveness and accountability.
