As a Logistics Professional, you will be responsible for:


  • Managing end-to-end import & export operations, including shipment booking, AWB creation, and transport arrangements
  • Coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth shipment execution and clearance
  • Preparing and verifing shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, COO, LC compliance, HS codes)
  • Monitoring and tracking shipments, proactively resolving delays, customs issues, and risks
  • Performing freight cost analysis and negotiation to optimize logistics expenses
  • Ensuring daily communication and coordination with internal teams (procurement, warehouse, manufacturing) and external stakeholders
  • Overseeing warehouse and inventory activities, including material verification, packing, and stock monitoring
  • Ensuring accurate shipment preparation, labelling, and compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Tracking and improving KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), receiving accuracy, and shipment milestone closure
  • Maintaining accurate system records (SAP) including shipment data, GR posting, and documentation uploads
  • Supporting project logistics planning, supplier follow-ups, and critical material availability
  • Handling customer logistics issues and complaints, providing documentation and resolution support
  • Preparing operational reports and dashboards
